dynahtml.pl is a Perl Script that makes web pages by taking a template file and putting content into it by using another file. It was used to put the author's web site together from several pieces. Nice easy utility to keep your website updated.

This program is designed to run your entire site from a cgi program instead of html. The advantages are: You save on web space (html is only coded once), You can log each page, who hit it and when, Each page can have the same headers and footers, or using this script's advanced selection abilities, you can easily specify different headers and footers for each page, and Easy updates.

This script simply reads a file containing the HTML code and displays it to the caller, so you can include a SSI call where you wish the HTML to be inserted. Then, when the server sends the file it will parse the file and add the HTML code where the SSI tag was.

diWEBlo is a free tool to let non-programmers easily modify contents of Web pages by simply filling out Web forms you design. It also features template-based Web page creation and password protection for each user.

Advanced Web File Editor 1.01 is an extension of Web File Editor 1.02. This version includes the ability to edit in one directory, or in all subdirectories. You simply set the path, select "Include Subdirectories" and the script will make the changes in every file it finds, starting at the path you specify. It will tell you how many times the replacement has been made, and how many directories and files it searched.

This Perl script allows you to catalog various web pages within a hierarchy and present them sorted by date in an HTML table.

edc2html is a Perl program that generates an HTML document (composed of several files) that documents and allows hypertext navigation of a FrameBuilder Element Catalog.

You can publish your articles and images on to the Web without any knowledge of HTML or HTTP protocols. Software can be learned in just minutes. The software automatically: creates subfolders/directories that are easy to understand and follow, creates a HTML page for each new story using pre-made templates of your choosing and design, uploads images in the correct folders, updates the archive pages, updates the front page or section pages, and supports banner advertising.

This is a very small script with one variable to change. You define the file to flush and the run the script and it will erase everything in that file. This script works good with add2file.

Htmlpp is a pre-processor for HTML documents. Its purpose is to simplify the work of writing and packaging large numbers of HTML documents. It acts like a compiler: you provide an input source text and htmlpp produces the HTML documents from that. This is easier and safer than trying to edit and manage separate HTML documents. You can use htmlpp to easily generate pages, headers, footers, contents, cross-links, etc.

Lets you use one file to generate an html header for every page you want to call the script from. Greatly reduces time and frustration - you can update only one table of contents file and every page on your site immediately is updated.

This pair of programs will automatically add a header and footer to your pages. This means that you can edit one file and have it automatically change in any number of files. Your server must allow SSI calls for this to work.

SillySite is a simple web page design program. There are a limited number of built-in graphics and colors so that a person can quickly create a simple web page in a variety of "looks." When the user gets their page the way they like it, they can click a button and the program will email them the HTML page. You can choose colors for your page's background, text, and links and a "welcome" graphic to be displayed. You can type in more or less unlimited text, and even add up to 3 links to other sites you like. This was originally intended for students learning very basic HTML. They could see what their page would look like, then see the HTML code in the email. With slight modifications, this could be made to create pages on a site -- some members-only sites have done this.

With Site Editer you can create, edit and view any types of files on your site right from your browser. It comes with password protection feature to prevent unauthorized users from using this script. It will also optionally email you all failed attempts to use this script.

This script allows you to create and edit footer and header files on your server, which can be in turn inserted into any of your HTML pages on the fly.

Start Page is a friendly web interface which lists your list of things to do, your favorite links, and any little messages that you've written to yourself. It is 100% updatable from the browser, and so it makes a handy start page - you are always reminded of your things to do, you have an alternative to bookmarks (helpful for those using multiple computers and browsers) and you have a free forum where you can just write in anything you need to remember.

If you're generating pages repeatedly using the same format, or if you want to allow users to easily create data-entry and display screens, this script will do it. You just specify a file on your local hard drive that follows the right format, upload it to the script, and the script generates a form for you to fill in. Submit the form and your values are inserted into the same document and you get finished HTML.

Plug It! is a great little script that has many uses. For example, Plug It! can be used as a header/footer script, or you can simply use it as an insertion script. Basically, whatever you put in the text file can be shown on one or multiple pages with ease.

This is a very useful script that allows uniform conformity on all you pages by letting you insert a footer into every page on your Web site. Requires SSI.
