Any form can be processed with this Perl script. The data can be sent directly to the user or written into a local file, where they are computed simultaneously.

Form to Mail is a classical Perl form processing script that allows visitor to send you an E-Mail. It uses Unix Sendmail and requires Mail::Mailer module.

This is a Perl module which processes, verifies, and mails an HTML form to a pre-specified account. Also, a wrapper for Request_mailer module is available.

Append is a perl script which appends all the form entries to a file for later processing. It also has the ability to mail people with the input to the form as well. The format of the file is almost HTML and most browsers should be able to read the log file as HTML. Also form entries which look like an email address are converetd into hyperlinks and all entries which look like a URL are converted into html links.

This script allows users to send you email via browser. It simply processes and mails the content of any HTML form to an email address you specify.

This script emails you any and all field data from a submit form. It includes a default Comment/Request form if you use the 'GET' method. If you use the 'POST' method, it just emails the field data that appear on that form. This script is based on the Form-Mail script by Reuven M. Lerner, and a modified version of Matt Wright's FormMail script.

Getcomments.pl is a perl cgi-script that takes the output of an HTML form and performs various actions with that output. These actions include: displaying the fields or sending an arbitrary URL back to the submitter, appending the contents to a log, and e-mailing someone the contents.

Sam's Form is a CGI form which is sent to the webmasters email in a nice format. It shows the time the form was sent the IP address of the user who sent the form and the page it was sent from.

TECForM is a CGI script that allows the mailing of a completely template specified mail through an HTML mailform. TECForM allows you to specify within the form which fields of the form are manditory and which are not. You can also specify regular expressions for fields and set error messages, etc.

A quick and dirty Web form processing script. It simply processes and emails the form data to the recipient. Very easy to set up.

This is a Perl CGI MailForm program that allows you to communicate with the visitors of your home page without publishing your E-mail address on the Web. Your real E-mail address is completely hidden from spammers. This program is using Java Script to display form in a nice popup window. But it works as well even if Java Script is disabled in visitor's browser. This script generates all necessary forms dynamically on the fly.

cgi-mailer is a simple form-to-email gateway system enabling users to have HTML form input formatted in a user-defined way and sent to an email address, without needing a new CGI program for each new HTML form or any user access to the cgi program. cgi-mailer does not need to reside on the same server as the HTML forms that use it, so you only need to install it once for your entire organisation.
