It's a class that you can use every time you need a simple photo transition panel( is an alpha transition ) . By two xml files you can set how many photos must be in the slideShow(photos.xml), the time of the timer ( is in millisecond ), the border of the Text Fileds ( if 0 = false , 1= true ), if the texts are selectables or not, ,if the text needs background or not, ( all this are booleans values , then , 0 = false, 1=true), you can set the size of the text, the color of the text and the color of the title. Both confetti and balloons fall from the sky, or you could easily delete one of the two. The file is really easy to manage and there’s a lot to customize! You can set the: * Text that slides down * Direction from which the text slides in * The age (or number, whatever you want) that is tweened to * Dimensions of the field on which you want to display falling balloons and confetti * Minimum and maximum object size * Minimum and maximum alpha level of the objects * Minimum and maximum movement speed * Minimum and maximum rotation speed * Amount of objects falling at once * The objects that are falling! Simply change the shapes inside the movieclips. Obviously, the background can be changed easily as well – simply paste an image or draw a gradient underneath the movieclip! If want only a part of your stage to display the balloons and confetti – no problem! A mask is automatically created that will make sure no suits are shown outside the width and height you define!

This game follows the same rules as the widely known Mastermind board game. The computer generates a random code, and then the player has to guess it within a number of turns. After every guess, the player is told how many chips are the right colour and the right place, and how many are of the right colour, but are wrongly placed. Enfin, you get it. The game is quite easy to modify and maintain. As the game is quite addicitve, people are bound to play it time after time. Progress is stored in so called “local objects”, so people will be wanting to complete all difficulty levels. Are you smart enough to crack the code?

I’ve created this flash game, following the rules of the Tower of Hanoi game, except that in my game, you’re not building a tower. I found it graphically more interesting to build a pyramid. The goal of the game is simple: get all the bricks from the leftmost tower to the rightmost. You can only drag one at a time, though, and bigger bricks cannot be placed on top of smaller ones. Seems like an easy job, huh? Wait and see when there’s 15 bricks stacked on the left tower, waiting for you to drag them around. The game gets very addicting, as you’ll be tempted to finish the highest amount of levels you can. Perhaps fun to play with more people – who can beat level 10 the fastest? Don’t worry, all your progress is stored in “Shared Objects”, so that it’s saved after you close the game. You can also play against the computer – on several different difficulty levels.

The XML is easy to understand and well-structured with a lot of examples. The same applies to the actionscript.

This file is based on the widely known ‘higher/lower’ game. A card is drawn, and the player has to predict whenether the next card will be higher or lower than the current one. This file is very open to graphical changes. For example the design of the cards, the design of the suits, the design of the back of the cards – everything is easily changable without having to change anything in the script. I’m not going into depth on every bit of code now, but there was one thing I wanted to point out. The streaks you score at both the single suit and full deck game types are stored in shared objects – this basically means that even after you close the swf, your highscore will still be saved! Enjoy!

You probably know the game, perhaps some tactics as well. But no longer do you have to find yourself a less-smart victim to play against! Now, you can play Tic Tac Toe against a computer player. The artificial intelligence does not always win (get lucky at the start and he easy like a sunday morning) but he surely puts up quite a fight! Not only can you play against a computer, but of course also in a challenging multiplayer game against the person sitting next to you! The game is included entirely in a movieclip, and is thus very easy to drag and drop around into your other files. The used code is easy to understand, so perhaps great for learning purposes as well.
