Excellent 3D Carousel Menu

I have first seen this component one year ago, when I was searching for a couple of Flash components to add to my site. I stumbled upon the components the guys at flashxml develop and my heart was set upon this component, the 3D Carousel Menu FX. I liked the simplicity of the design and the complexity of the customization you can achieve with their Live demo. I have tried a dozen of components, but most required me to have Adobe Flash installed, and even then it wasn't always easy to customize the component to my needs. I am a HTML developer and I really understand XML files better than the Flash files. Since everything is controlled via the XML files, and I mean everything, colors, speeds, size, images, text, I have complete control of the Menu only by changing a couple XML values. There are bad sides, though - browser cache continues to be a problem sometimes, when changing the XML values the browser keeps loading the old cached values. And if you have to add a lot of images adding manually in the XML it can be a pain. It's a versatile Flash component and for it's size, it's really flexible.
