This web file manager runs as a server and features a keyboard oriented user interface that can be accessed through a browser either locally or remotely. However, Eie-manager fully supports mouse operation as well. The web based file manager can be used to manage web servers, access files over http on remote systems, share files and more. Eie-manager can be embedded into other Java based web applications to provide extra functionality such as access to log and configuration files. Eie-manager is extended with plugins that provide access to different types of hierarchial content such us file systems, local or remote, repositories (CVS, SVN), databases and catalogs.
