This component helps you set tooltips on top of your content, directly in the XML. The dots are placed based on the X and Y coordinates of the elements you want to describe. You can also set a link to a page with much more information if you want to, on clicking a dot. The colors of the dots and tooltip, the speed of the movement, the movement borders and the size of the dots are also defined in the XML file.
