I have used the self hosted version for a few years now and found it to be the only system that would work for our gites in France. It is flexible and can interface with an existing website for your services. My only criticisms are that it is a little clunky and there are a lot of options. It could be better laid out, cleaner and more intuitive. That said, it works well.
