My experiences with Jim Symonds have been very good, and I would urge anyone seeking PHP and MLM scripts to use his services. He has developed three platforms for me since 2010. Working with Jim has always been pleasant, and I have never had a bad experience with him or his software – Bugs Happen… and he always fixed them. In 2014 my 2nd platform was lost in a fire that took my home and my office. I could not pay the web server fees for two months while I got back on my feet. When I did try to pay the webhost, I found that they had closed my server and deleted all the content. Jim replaced my platform and although he could have charged me a lot for the complete replacement, he did it without charge. If you need it yesterday… go to a big company. Jim has downsized his company and seeks to be the expert craftsman instead of cranking out assembly line widgets. This year, he has completed the setup of my 3rd platform and I am delighted with the possibilities that Jim’s new and improved web designs offer, and I am impressed with his ever-improving developer skills. I would recommend Jim Symonds and his company to anyone.

What an amazing experience! I gave Jim some instructions on what I wanted and he and his team delivered. I cannot recommend Jim's software highly enough. We've been using it for almost 2 years now and we really haven't had any problems with it. As for his service, it's been on point 100% of the time. Great communication and availability. I would definitely recommend Jim and his company to anyone who's looking for some good MLM software and service.

Stumbled upon this review and must say, there simply has to be, as should be, two sides to every story regarding 2015 review. Connected with Jim Symonds back in 2013 and have worked with him ever since. This man has not only over delivered each and every time (3 to be exact...including new project in 2017 to launch in 2018), but his 'behind the scenes work/programming) cannot be found in North America...not with ethic or morals...and even with three companies, one from Philippians, one from Indonesia, and one from India simply cannot pick up on what is needed to automate a system such as MLM, 1, (Rev-2up is a miracle system), or 3 up programs. Coming from the experience of sourcing, researching, and studying for the past 20 years online, and losing in excess of $50K to outright shams and online gurus who are getting away with billions...Jim Symonds cannot be beat...nor can his ethics...and I have also made a 6 hour trip to meet him in Maine USA, while also meeting with The Sunshine Lady, Doris Buffett at her summer home. Again, Walter Cronkite stated one time, "in order to get to the truth we must hear both sides of the story," ... and I'm trusting anyone who sees this comment section who wants the best, must connect with Jim for themselves...otherwise...we may as well accept 99.9% of comments we find on YouTube as truth also.

I purchased an installation of an mlm program from Jim and we had an agreement on how it should work and the details. He told us that he would deliver in 10 days. After 20 days he delivered something that looked like a kindergartner made it and was totally generic. Nothing that we talked about for the customizations (that we paid extra for) was done. When I questioned him about being so late and not having a single usable thing delivered he said that he no longer wanted to work with us and stole the $1,500. Stay away from this guy!!!

Just got off the phone with the company, Jim is very knowledgeable in all types of program platforms and applications. He explained every aspect of the software and answered all of my question in great detail to where I could understand it. I highly recommend this company if you are thinking or currently running a Network Marketing Group. I look forward to doing business with Jim and his team. I give them 2 thumbs up!
