This file was written in Flash CS4 and uses AS3. I have provided a Flash CS3 version also. This music button plays unlimited random songs set in the xml and uses SharedObject to save and load the player state. This way if a user navigates to a new page or re-visits your site, the player will remain in its last state. So if a visitor turns off the music button and then re-visits your site later, the music will stay off and vice-versa. This file is within a single movieclip on the stage so you can add it to your project. You can also easily customise the graphics/change the fonts by editing the relevant symbols. Editing the XML The XML usage is as follows: Set the song track number. This must be in the sequential order of the xml starting with '0' Set the url for the song.
