Great EMR for anyone to use. Still being refined so watch for occasional quirks. Still, free beats $10k install fees for other programs. Some computer expertise preferred but not required, especially if running a commercially hosted version. If you have time and patience you can set this up on your own server, secure it, customize forms to your own needs, eprescribe, get lab reports, perform billing and accounting and establish patient portal. Program has it all. Also it is being translated into several other languages beside English but I am not up to date on this aspect of the program. SourceForge is location for forums that are subdivided into categories for users, developers, and others. One can read and post as they see fit, after acquiring a login. If your issue has not already been addressed, ask a question and it will usually be answered. Facebook presence has been established and communication can occur this way too. "Two Thumbs Up"
