WPCT is an easy to use multilevel web page navigation facility reminiscent of an office cabinet containing documents in folders and subfolders with tabs as their titles. It is based on html lists and implemented entirely in javascript and css (cascade style sheet), thus not using any www server side tools. It can be tested in any browser with javascript enabled. Its user is only required to define tabs - titles and links to corresponding documents, and how tabs are arranged in rows - levels of the menu. The script includes comments that explain which variable definitions the user should modify to implement his/her menu with tabs.
