Great web app to get feedback from users

UserReport is a very nice web analytics tool that allows you to get feedback from your website visitors and get more detailed information about who they are. This is done by several different free features in the product. The feedback forum gives you a feedback button and forum for your website where people can report bugs or just share their ideas for improvement of your website - other people can then vote for the ideas that are submitted. The online survey gives you a usability score and insight into the demographics of your website visitors - this even integrates with Google Analytics , where you can build advanced segments using the demographic data that's send to the custom variables. You can also collect e-mails for your newsletter list with the online survey. UserReport also features a click tracking tool which allows you to see where people click on your website - this is done on very nice heatmaps that even show demographic information. In short, UserReport is a very nice website analytics tool that's perfect to use along side Google Analytics.
