mySQL innoDB support is hard to get from hosting services

i was searching for a robust eCommerce script, when i viewed the demo of magento i was surprised that i found everything i want, the time and installation planning on my local WAMP server was fast and easy.
the time i moved to my website and tried to install, innoDB issue appears; simply most of hosting services are not supporting innoDB, unless you would like to pay more that 50$/ month for a regular hosting plan
i read many discussions tried to workaround but couldn't find any recommendations for what i am doing so i transferred to presta shop
