I have not received any support from my ticket request. I paid for something I didn't get. ikiAuctions claim to assist you through thier support in 24hr. I have waited over a week to to place anything on the auction site. I'll give them a second chance if this review works and I can use what I paid for.
I marked no but it will be yes if they at least fix the program.

Thisprogram is not for the person who needs something that is up and running within 14days. I believe to purchase this auction program is like spending your investments at a Casino. You sit there trying and trying to get results but the odds of receiving a anything from the machine is better than getting any responce from ikiAuctions. Right now I wish I had the $200.00 I spent on ikiAuctions and go to the Casino.
Misrepresented software capabilties - no relisting or editing options

We are writing this to inform you that we will not be using ikiauctions due to your not having a relist capability on items that we offered for sale, despite the fact that you advertised on your website features list that you offered relisting capabilities. We were very disappointed after working our tails off installing your software & starting to get our auction up & running. We wasted our time on almost 300 items, only to find out you have no relisting capabilities. You also allow no editing. This site is absolutely useless to someone who has thousands of items to sell, as we do. We would like to have done business with you, but you have made it impossible. If you decide to make changes to your site we would be willing to take another look at it. At this point, there is just nothing we can do.

I have been using ikiauctions for 6 months. Support is there every time I need it. Thank you Zul (one of the tech guys)! The software is easy to use with number of good features. I would recommend this product to anybody.

I have purchased this software and have been unable to configure. I have sent all the information they need, yet despite several contacts over their email and thier help system it has gone completley silent.
This is not good customer services, and I also will be looking to make a claim against my credit card company if they do not respond with the goods in the next 24 hours!
Buyer beware!!!

I have bought this script but they never helped me to install it.
they said they do the installation for free but no reply for long time.
they note on their site that they reply within 12hours but it also doesnt work.
so bad, too terrible, i have never seen this kind of company before.

In my opinion ikiauctions is the best deal out there. Install was a breeze and customization was doable even for someone with no programming knowledge like me. Support is excellent with quick and helpful replies. Highly recommended.

I purchased the $200 version of this script to support the writers but I didn't realize when it asks you your domain upon purchase, you have to use the domain you plan to use the script on or you will get a KEY INVALID error upon install. I contact support 3 times and haven't heard a word from them.
So, then I tried installing the script on a subdomain of my main company site that I used to purchase the script and upon install I get a 404 error code which makes no sense.
Still no support and I'm furious. They leave NO way of contacting them aside from some Support Ticket site they obviously don't check.
I'm about to charge this purchase back on my credit card.

I was interested in this product, but I have emailed these guys at least 4 times in the last week. No response. Bad enough they dont have a live chat or phone number. Usually I would email a company like this first to see if they are legit, and if they respond, I would consider doing business with them. But I havent received any kind of communication from them. If they dont respond to any emails before I order, what would happen after I order ad pay for their products? Im may not get any help at all. Buyer be very careful.

I've owned a copy of this auction script for a few weeks now and I have to say the support is the best I've seen. Most of the time I receive a reply within the hour. The script is easy to install and to play with. The features are impressive. Thumbs up to LG and Zul!

I like this script. I am a novice php developer and I was looking for a script that would allow me to create a unique and simple auction website. The software has all the bells and whistles you could ask for. The customer service is seriously the best I have experienced. They have very quick responses. I will definitely continue to use their product. I am very pleased.
