Horner's Algorithm

Well I can't give the software full marks because I simply could not figure out how to even access it. I had a similar experience with other materials created by the same author. Now, based on my limited experience at this site, I have to assume the auther knows more than I. So on that basis - 3 marks out of 5. Well, not really serious. Just a plea to make access either obvious, or to get rid of reference to material that can no longer be accessed.
