I have actually purchased the product quite some time back (in April 2013) and now finally got the time to make my project with it happen.
The developers were really helpful for the customization I undertook. I also had them code a custom plugin to better handle my use cases. They have been very responsive and professional.

I purchased this script a couple of months ago. The people at APPOINTMENT-SCRIPT have been really helpful throughout the process. I purchased the gold script because of the added plugins. It was a no brainer. The script is very powerful and easy to understand (super clean!). We're currently working on customizing it.
