Looks like a good script but they do not give the support they say they will give verified

I bought the script developer version (the most money you can spend for this) because it appears to do what we needed. We also paid or installation. They never installed the script, I gave them access to my website to install it but they never did & never explained the problem. Locked me out of the promised lifetime support. I've contacted them many times with no replies from anyone. SUPPORT AFTER THE SALE IN NON EXISTENT. I asked for refund no reply. I'm trying to find someone from the developer community to install it. I need some development but no way I use apphp to do it, just a waste of money & a lot of time.
