Customer Service is very poor

From sales to customer support, I had a very bad experience with the developer of this script. The script has so many bugs and when I asked for help, they blamed me for editing the script instead of helping me resolve the problem. I didn't ask them why they sold me a buggy script, all I asked was for them to help me fix it and they took 4 business days to respond and all I get was an accusation that I probably touched the script that's why it was buggy . At any rate, they were not able to help me with anything. All they said was their other customers didn't have any problem with the script.
I'd rather spend more money with Pintastic because their customer service rep is very professional and answers within 24 hours or less.

There are no bugs on the default script.
Yes we are not responsible for changes you make that break things.
If you restore all of the default script files you will see it works perfectly.
Tickets are responded to within a few hours so that is a lie.
