Poor instalation documentation and support verified

Poor english in emails. Gave them FTP access, they uploaded a hidden file then complained they couldn't see it. Argued that my server was down when it was not. Refused to call to work out the problem, they only respond by email. After fixing most problems ourselves the final straw was the license module wouldn't allow admin of the software and they wouldn't give me sufficient infomation to diagnose the problem. After demanding a refund for this non-operational product I got this

We have given them their forms but they are still debating what ID they will accept before issuing the refund.
Needless to say we will never buy anything from Gripsell again.
