I’ve been using MailMachine Pro for years. This program comes with some amazing tracking features and gives you full control of your mail outs. This program also comes with excellent support which is worth the price along. I love being able to keep in touch with my fans and friends without the nuisance that comes with other mail programs I’ve tried.

I have been working for years despite the bad service, especially the last year. As you can see the result is clear, they dont excist anymore, teh link is dead and my software is notworking anymore, becouse the build in check refers to their site which is gone. Lost all my work and money !

You really won't find anything else that is this easy to setup, use, and navigate. It truly is one of the best mailers I have used, and the company I represent has spent thousands on software in the past that really does the same as this. This program is a complete steal... and I mean this. The product competes with MLMs at much higher prices making it an excellent value. Documentation (downloadable .pdf) is kept up-to-date with each release. Support tickets and forum requests are responded to in a timely manner. The developer is very interested in hearing about and implementing new features. The program is good but support does not exist. I have been trying to contact these people for two months.

Our church and Non-Profit Organization, HillTop Equestrian Center, have been ;looking for a good mail program to use, for both organizations. Mail Machine Pro, is perfect for us. It is easy to use, has a great interface, and very useful for our needs, I would definitely choose it again, and again.

Really needed to take control of my email blasts and this program really does it all. Love it.

We've been using MailMachinePRO for over 5 years. The package was easy to install on our servers and has been running flawlessly ever since. The developer has released a number of upgrades over the years adding functionality and greater flexibility. Why pay a monthly fee to an online provider? This package pays for itself in less than 3 months. Need support? The package is well supported by the developer and the online forums are a good source of information.

In the past years we have been using several auto responders and mailing / newsletter software. The free autoresponder was giving a lot of problems at the moment the files became to large. The paid auto responder services had a lack of flexability, so we stopped with them after some months. Since more then 3 years now we are using Mail Machine Pro and we are very happy with this software. Below are the reasons why we choose for Mail Machine Pro and why we are happy with it already for more then 3 years. Very good detailed user manual. Multi lingual, which is very important for our Dutch, German and Spanish clients. Can handle many mailinglists and many subscribers Can plan your mailing list f.i. to send a list on December 5th in 2012, and it will happen automatically Our largest list contain more then 7.000 members without any problems. Source tracking is working fine Nice good working WYSIWYG editor. Import and export of large files works good A lot of statistical information The above items are our reasons for using Mail Machine Pro, but there are a lot more features which can be of importance for somebody who is interested in buing this software, therefore it is wise to study the many possibilities of this very nice software product. I am truly amazed with MailMachinePro. It has everything you can think of and works flawlessly. I started using it a couple of years ago when it was not as efficient as it is now and recently upgraded to the latest version. The new version is absolutely fantastic, loads and processes large amounts of data easily, has a very nice and easy to navigate user interface and because of that, now my job of reaching out to all my clients is most efficient. Analyzing client activity is also a snap. We also built a little sign up tool on our website and connected it to the MailMachinePro so now even newsletter signup is easy and is completely on autopilot. The code for this could also be easily auto-generated in the MailMachinePro system. I totally love the system and could not imagine connecting with clients without it!

After a lot of research and testing, MailMachine Pro (MMP) turned out to be the solution for our business. Even with a wide and comprehensive array of features, MMP remains highly configurable to satisfy both the user and the watchful eyes of mail/web hosting companies. Performance is great and support has been helpful in the few situations where they've been needed. At an excellent price point, MMP is leagues ahead of the competition. Whether I need to get an announcement out to all of my customers or a select portion based on geography, company, or any number of other factors... MMP makes it easy to get the job done. I'm not sure how we managed to exist in this email-driven world without it.

Mail Machine Pro is the best mailinglist software I have ever used because It's loaded with a lot of powerful features, and the developer listens to your feature suggestions. The technical support for Mail Machine Pro is second to none, with quick and knowledgeable replies. Personally, I was more in it for the features over :he price, but you can't beat their price either.
