Very Very bad Service. They showed me the following sample script:

but after receiving my money, they asked me to go for another design script which was not working and forced me to stick with this non working script. as it was not working for more than 2 months i removed that script and asked them to return my money. Still they did not return my money, nor attending my telephone calls. Please help me how to get this money legally with all penalties / interest etc.
