For its customizability and feature set, likely the best bang for the buck

Our company focuses on selling seasonal food products across the world. One of the hardest parts for our sales team is to retain contact with past and prospective customers and keep them up to date with the latest products. We didn't want to sign up and be locked into any single online email marketing service (since that would limit our options if we had to compare plans in the future). We generally send emails on regular basis to keep our clients up to date. The sheer number of recipients in our list would mean that the only viable method is to run the service ourselves. So we decided to try Kooboo Mail ourselves. The setup is very easy if you've installed an .NET application before. We had to have our programmers set up a SQL database and run the install script. We are now using the system for 2 weeks and haven't found any problems so far. The feature set matches that of many popular SaaS solutions on the web. Unfortunately, we didn't find any features unique to Kooboo Mail only. But, for the price point that we chose, it's the most bang for the buck you'll get at the moment. I recommend Kooboo Mail to budget conscious and large scale users.
