Extremely limited for the price verified

I originally purchased their Starter software $79, which only removed the watermark. I had to pay an additional $50 to be able to send my map to anyone. Also, each time it's uploaded, it loads five unnecessary files showing "right", "left", "center", etc. and those must be deleted every time. When I asked "support" how to stop uploading those files, they told me it was the default and it couldn't be changed. They also told me that If I needed to change the color of each of my 200 booths, I had to change them one at a time. And if you choose more than one "custom color", it deletes the previous "custom color". Finally, after 3 days of emails to them, only to be told that their software could not do any of what I was asking, I asked for a refund, only to be told that I was out of luck and they do not give refunds. I will now go throughout the Internet, posting how limited their software is and my horrible experience with it. I am out $139 and I am NOT HAPPY about it.
