Scam !! Arrogant CEO !! Bad Responses

If you happen to be late for updates of your script!! you get hacked, it is your fault OK!!! You remove the hacked files and unzip the back up!! You ask PHPTRAVELS to help you update your script!!! their response to give them the CPANEL codes and if you say NO because you are worried to share the codes!! they go angry and treat you badly, then you open a ticket and they send a video tutorials which won't help to update which get stuck anytime you try after file install 65!!! when you report that issue after you get frustrated they respond in arrogant manner and end by removing your account with them!!! Threatening by the CEO is something authorized towards his clients!!! I ban you , do it kid!!! are such responses from the unpleasant CEO) he loves to use I, for him he is behind everything at PHP travels even the terms & conditions.
To be honest i have never experienced such a bad attitude from a CEO of said "professional script" which is not really good at all. Translations is not correct, so many mistakes and not customizable as they pretend to be.
Add the money yo want to spend to your designers or a professional design company and forget about PHPtravels and their arrogant CEO or you will find yourself talking to really stupid person.
Fully EAN Compliant System

This script has gone through Expedia EAN API test and was declared EAN API compliant. Changed a couple of items to satisfy EAN requirements. Bought 2 licenses and satisfied with it.
They replied to my support requests in a very professional way. Yes, sometimes it took them quite sometimes to reply, but at those times, they had a lot to do. With patient, they will fix your issues.
For a travel portal, I recommend this script.

Emailed pre-sales questions to them and received very rude replies from their customer service. If want screenshots of our conversation, contact me. Otherwise I seriously encourage you to stay away if you're serious in travel business and if good support means alot to you.

The PHPTravels Availability Calendar was the almost perfect solution
I was looking for and with the help of Aneta and Maya it become
the perfect solution for my website.
They modified the calendar to look,
fit and act just the way I wanted to blend into my website.

I just wanted to drop in and provide testimony to the excellent PHP scripts
and outstanding support PHPTravels provides.
The scripts are some of the easiest I have ever installed and worked with.
They focuses on detail knowing that the average person are most likely
not going to have the skills needed to install and use a script unless
it has been created with the end user in mind.
They also have provided me with the fastest tech support that I have ever received,
and this is saying a lot since I am an older guy who has been around a long time

which the people who own it could use without any knowledge

The guys at PHPTravels have helped my business grow into the 21st Century.
I needed an online event booking system that could update my iCal calendar
to include the number of people in the booking and a contact name too.
They said that they could do it, and sure enough they did!
There was a little glitch in the bespoke event booking script that these guys wrote for me,
but credit where it is due,
they never gave in!
I would email them at 6am UK time and back came the reply within a couple of minutes.
Even at 9pm they would reply -
they must have a large company of team mates -
or simply a few really hard workers.
I have been EXTREMELY satisfied with their service to date and would recommend them to anyone.
It is normally said that you get what you pay for,
but with PHPTravels you get SO MUCH MORE.

I recently purchased a script from you guys at PHPTravels.
I'm writing now to tell you that my buying experience
has exceeded anything I thought possible.
I bought the PHP donation script and built a donations site for my brother and future sister in law.
The site is a registry page for activities on their honeymoon.
I had 2 issues that I could not resolve and the support folks at PHPTravels took care of it very quickly!
For a cheap script,
I really did not expect any support,
I was dead wrong! The support was awesome and they even helped me fix an issue with my server
and had nothing to do with them.
Two thumbs up from me,

I came across PHPTravels a few years ago
and was really impressed with their designs and their user friendly installation and implementation.
I continued to use there scripts over the years on new projects when I could,
with great results.
Then a while ago I accidentally deleted a couple of their scripts from my website
and their support staff could not have been more helpful.
They helped me to reinstall the software and recover the data free of charge,
even though I had bought the scripts at least 12 months previously.
I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
Their support and professionalism is second to none in my opinion.

I first found Phptravels in 2013
when I was looking for a Store Locator script to update a very old
but still well used business directory section of my website.
The software was very easy to install & has worked reliably ever since.

Great service and a terrific product!
As a newcomer to web development and with very little understanding of PHP,
I purchased your shopping cart script.
Any time I asked a question or asked for help the service team at PHPTravels were there.
I asked for some alterations to the script to suit the purposes of my client and they were done at a very reasonable price.
The inclusion of the Australia post calculator was a great idea and it works so well.

Great scripts, excellent support and reasonable prices!
I have used successfully many different PHPTravels scripts for years and I like them much.
The scripts are easy to implement and can be easily adapted to the layout of the website.
As a small web agency I work mainly for SME companies that usually have tiny budgets for their website projects.
Thanks to the reasonable prices of PHPTravels software I can also fulfill the desires of this customer segment.
Sometimes I have special requests, additional features for example, which have been done well, quickly and inexpensively!
This is very, very rare these days! If I have questions about any script or desired changes,
then I have a competent reply back from the support.
I have already written to the support at any day or night-time and have always got an answer in a very short time!
Also a very rarely to find benefit!

Phptravels supposed to be the solution for travel agencies however this is far from been what it claims to be.
100 % of all customer who paid over 1000 USD for this useless script have incomplete websites, the reason here is very simple the company keep releasing many small scripts that are not complete rather than keeping their customers and potential customers happy and get one job done.
I bought this useless script and i just abandoned it and know i am designing my own from the ground up.
Stay away at least for now.
