They dont like question about product

I was almost buying the script, and tested the online demo very hard, and some questions was popping up under its way. I asked a lot of questions related to this, and after a few days talking online, company got bored of my questions and they also avoided to answer some questions directly.
They have in total a good solutions on most of the functions, but missing some functions as well.
But attitude of the company was good in the beginning and got bored in the end and just wanted me to buy the script and then they could answer more questions.
