I have personally used GS Richcopy for more than 2 years and now my company members are also using it to copy and transfer files in windows as well as over the network. I have used others software also like Robocopy, Terracopy and others but none of them provided satisfactory results. After searching for a while I found GS Richcopy 360. This software made my life easy. It provides multi threaded file transfer, long path name support, pre scheduled file transfer, data compression before copying, email notification when the task is done and many more. Its paid but affordable. Try it maybe it can help you too!

I always wanted one software with a blend and qualities of all others software! All qualities in one software and this is the one which I have been looking for. A power packed solution to all your file transfer related problems! It provided me all the features that I wanted plus it had many extra features too. It provided me long path name support which is necessary when copying huge files, copying locked files, multi threaded file transfer for fast transfer speed, pre scheduled file transfer and many others. Try it, it never disappoints!

I am a fan of this software and its simplicity. This software is simple yet very powerful. I have been using it for 2 years now and no complains from this software. Although its a paid software but the cost is worth it. It never hangs in between, I have copied 500 TB of data at once, no lags at all. It provides multi threading feature to boost the transfer speed. Its just amazing, highly recommended to every one. Try it!

I am a fan of GS Richcopy, this software has made my life easier. I have been using this software for 2 years now. Some of its features that won my heart are long path name support which is necessary when copying huge files, copying locked files, multi threaded file transfer for fast transfer speed, pre scheduled file transfer, email notification when task is done. So whats stopping you from using it! Go on try it!

This software is clearly the winner of all the file copying software in the market. I have tried other softwares, but they failed at some point. Then my friend suggested me to use GS Richcopy and after that my friend became my best friend. I thank him till today for such a good suggestion!

I found that GS RichCopy is the best file copying software after trying all these. It is equipped with lots of features like compressing file before copying, multi threading file transfer and many more.

It was the only copy utility that was able to copy 19million files and 18TB without any errors. The cool thing was it did it in under 26 hours because it is able to use the resources we had in our server which are adjustable. It is easy, flexible, and powerful
Great Data Migration

We needed a tool that could migrate us from windows 2003 to windows 2012R2, none of the free tools worked and we could not trust them. GS RichCopy 360 worked exceptionally for us, we used it to migrate all of our servers and it is solid, fast, and easy to use.

There was an urgent need to synchronize our user profiles for Citrix Profiler. GS RichCopy 360 worked very well for us, it copied open files and replicates changed files on schedule.
Best tool to backup PST files

We purchased 100 licenses for our laptop users to backup their PST files as gs richcopy360 can copy locked files easily.
It is honestly one of the best solutions we have found to copy data.

I am not the type of person that types reviews. I decided to write this one though because I felt the support from Gurusquad was beyond fantastic. We wanted a way to backup our quickbook files without asking the users to close out. Our backup software always had issues backing it up. We saw that GS Richcopy 360 backed open files. We called before we purchase to make sure it would work for us. Their support guy assured us it would work and walked us through the whole process after we purchased it. I felt the support staff was very personable and attentive.

Guys you know what, I am really happy with GS Copyrich 360 and the reason why I like it because GS RichCopy can be easily set to send you an email summary when a job fails, or succeeds. This was a requirement for our SOX compliance and only a few replicators offer this feature. It can use your local SMTP server or use any email hosting cloud provider such as Gmail as your mail relay server. The utility is best the in terms of performanceand reasonablypriced.

We needed a software that kept our data copied to DR. Searched all over for a software that is affordable and robust. Only gs richcopy 360 did the job and did it well.
Highly recommend.
