Not User Friendly Setup & No Help or FAQs

I have a mobile-friendly responsive website targeting a niche demographic of jobseekers and thought this script would be an easy plug-in that would also enrich SEO on Google since they have began rewarding sites for being responsive and utilize "rich snippets" (such as this) toward what they refer to as "Structured Data". Great in theory, but this just fell flat trying to put it into practice. There's a step by step README file within the download zip & in case you miss it, there's a duplicate of it online as well at RateKit's site. Following those directions is not the issue, they aren't too complicated or technical for even a layperson not well-versed in scripting beyond basic html to grasp fairly quickly. The dilemma occurs once you have completed the installation of the appropriate files and folders to their respective designated locations on your (remote, if applicable) website server etc etc.. That's when you are ready to begin to allegedly simply copy & paste (and slightly modify/tweak to ur particular taste or circumstances) an tag. I created a dedicated page explicitly to beta test demo/preview and get familiar with RateKit. Turns out I never did actually get anything except garbled machine code to appear, despite repeated attempts. There's not any very well laid out explanation beyond (mentioned previously) uploading support files. No troubleshooting tips, no FAQs about possible novice/noob mistakes or oversights. Zip Nada Zilch ... If you run into a snafu like I did, good luck to you, cuz ur pretty much left on ur own to try to figure it out... At the time I downloaded this it did have a rating but nobody had submitted a review yet (and I hope this one doesn't get torn down simply because it's not a glowing positive 5-Star review), and the rating it had was about 2.8. which is slightly higher than the 1-Star rating (out of 5 possible stars) that I'm going to rate this. Apparently I'm not the only one who experienced what you are reading, and ur welcome to join the fun and discover the misadventure for urself if you have an hour or so to kill before you realize what a time-waster this headscratcher turned out to be.
