I paid $79 for the download. After reading the readme, I emailed for installation price, they wrote back "$50", I paid it. This guy installed everything on the website's homepage, after I told him which directory I needed the password protection on. Effectively crashing the site in my customers eyes. I emailed and told him about. Never heard from him again. I am petitioning to at least get my install fee back from PayPal (they said "Unfortunately, we are denying your claim because your purchase was for a virtual, digital, or intangible item, which is not covered under PayPal
Purchase Protection.". I would love to have it up and running, but I don't get it so I have gone back to the old single password we had.
