Company has gone down the tubes!!

I have purchased all of their scripts. Their support is totally DEAD. If you ever have a need to help or questions, you can forget about it. Some of their scripts don't even work. I have found many bugs in this application and have requested help on NUMEROUS occasions. Over the past year I have probably sent them over a dozen emails requesting help, and NEVER get a reply. This really gets me annoyed. A long time ago, they replied to my questions... but I don't know . maybe they died.
