powerful, easy to handle, well documented, good support

Actually this one is now my No.1 choice for small to medium text databases even on hosts with MySQL support -- its very fool proof and can perform most of the typical MySQL-tasks in a similar manner (because of its similar query syntax, which in this case reminds me of ADODBs wrapper syntax a bit -- good for dummies like me:-) and has a good performance. And, with all the excellent support at their public forum its easy to get it up and running -- not to forget, its supplemented with a fantastic "admin" script for managing text databases, entries etc etc. Now my primary choice, when Im too lazy or dont see any reason configuring a MySQL for databases which actually wouldnt require such "overkill".
Powerful Stuff

I started using TXT DB two weeks ago, but was cautious not to invest a lot of time in something I was sure was going to blow up in my face. Two weeks in, however, I still have my face, and am finding that this is really solid code, and fast too.
