Horrible support

To start, application promises a lot but at the end it is just a toy for those whose level of programming languages is at best at the beginner's stage. Customer service provided at the forums is beyond bad.
Every answer is followed by the request to pay additional fees for solving issues generated by the software.
Creators are extremely defensive and do not accept own limitations.
After several weeks of reviewing alternatives we have decided to go with aspmaker from www.hkvstore.com - as this company provides much better customer support and more features not supported by the asprunner.

Since one year we use ASPrunner on our business operations Oracle database. Before that time we were obliged to hire external consultance for simple functionality add-ons (in 3 countries for 600 users).
