Dating Agency Builder - Never got it installed

Dating Agency Builder 2.7. After almost two weeks trying to get it working I gave-up. I am not a beginner, I am a PC/Networking professional and have setup many websites. I tried Windows NT, 2000 & XP and Linux RedHat 6.2 and 8.0. The install instructions I received were labeled version 1.3. When I inquired about newer manual they said it was under development. When trying to logon my site I would get redirected to their home site no matter what I did. I requested a refund.
