Software and support - non-functional

I bought their dynamic encoder a few weeks ago, but after many hours of trying to configure it, I could not get it to work at-all. Many requests for support were not responded to. I think they are having technical problems with all their software because they have taken their forum offline and appear to have discontinued their support. Still taking money for their disfunctional software though, and refuse to refund.
Avoid at all costs. There are better (working) solutions on the market, some are even free.
