Poor Support + Poor Installation

I absolutely agree with Valeriestw. I am one of thouse unfortunate buyers of Storefront 6. It seemed to be a great product, featuring everything needed such as realtime shipping, payment gateways,...
But the fist problem that we got into was installation...they say that they have 30 Days support, but at the end they said, well you may want to host with us to fix this problem?!?!!? what the heck? They even forgot that American Express cards have one digit less that other cards.......
Lots of features but lots of bugs

This program seems to have everything you could want - wish lists, real-time credit card processing, integration with shipping carriers and lots more. But those are only worthwhile if you can get the program to work!
We experienced bugs and setup problems at literally every, single step involved in creating a new store. And we never did end up getting it working correctly. It was about halfway there, after 3 months of working on it, and then the last straw was when they asked us to "upgrade" to fix the latest problem, and that upgrade caused the entire site to crash - again! At that point, we just gave up and went to another program.
Once they work out these bugs and make the thing as user friendly as they advertise it to be, I think it will be a great program. Until then, be wary.
