Easy installation

I downloaded this application and had it up and running quickly. Not sure why the other reviewer had problems, even with 15 years experience?
What seems like a great product

I am an extremely experienced application developer with over 15 years of experience. I have used some great products and every now and then a few horrible ones. This is one of those bad products. I bought the software 6 months ago. At first it seemed like an easy ASP.NET component to install, but that changed quickly. I soon encountered bugs that were unfixable. I tried to contact SiteLog several times via numerous emails since you can not contact them by phone. They never responded to any of my emails and still don't. I spent $95 on this product and after 6 months of trying to get it to work, it still doesn't. SiteLog is a horrible product and has horrible customer service. I would advise everybody to not buy this product even though they have a flashy website and what seems like a solid product.
