Helpdesk 5 and Expinion

I am the Managing Director of Anacott Investments Ltd based in New Zealand. I purchased the Helpdesk product by Expinion to help my company and my customers by providing technical solutions for our business. We are a small enterprise at the moment and the Helpdesk software has helped tremendously in erradicating duplicate information requests and also in giving the customer a sense of ownership to their issues and having them resolved with one customer service agent, this is excellent in providing continuity and gives the customer a sense of personal involvement. The really great thing about Expinion in general is their customer support, it is by far the best I have experienced to date. They helped me with the installation and integration of the software on my site and it was completed within 48hrs, now that's service! I will be ordering more software from them in the future as I know from experience that it is robust and very well supported.
