Pros and Cons of eforum25

eforum25 is by FAR the most versatile PHP message forum script set I've ever come across. Configuration is very easy and straightforward.
HOWEVER, integrating eforum25 into a site - especially one with a user-login system, it VERY tedious and complicated.
Because eforum25 uses flat file data storage, it is VERY hard to edit if you are used to SQL storage - one of the features that makes it near impossible to integrate fully.
Also, it unexpectedly bans IP addresses - no warning - Scripting glitch?
