well being from a customer support background as i was a manager at a leading call centre, i know what it means to give a quick and worthy support to your customers. i have bought so many scripts but after payment, no one cares ...
but i am highly impressed by the professionalism by this company's support team. The support usually answers within 1/2 - 1 hr of the query ... and this is the good part, they go out of their way to assist you... e.g. i am not good at setting color schemes and i wanted Albinator to fit the color scheme of my website which is of maroon shade ... something like the current hotscripts.com's color scheme ... i just asked them where and how do it ... they gave a quick answer with screenshots to the panel where i will find this ... I tried it � and got it near about similar but as i am no web designer the match was not so good ...
i asked them will they do it if i pay them and this is their answer,
"Thanks for your offer, but it is no big deal. Please provide me with your site's url and give my username the Administration access for 1 hour".
I did it ... and checked my site exactly after 1 hr ... Man the color scheme was perfect ...

Takes forever to get your license, support delays

It took over 24 hours for them to send me a license, and they even called
and left me a voicemail before they would process my order. I never had a
problem with buying any other scripts on the web. Also, one of my support
questions took a couple of days to answer and the response was weak.
After trying several galleries (some free), I decided to scrap albinator.

We follow guidelines given by our payment gateway merchant which requires us confirm the transaction via telephone by calling the customer (at our own expense) and due to different timezones it usually takes upto 24 hours to call customers at their preferred time.
Good but it many options ! too much options !

Well this script is good for you want to create a deviantart kind of site, with albinator you will provide a multimedia free album service.
It has lots of templates, to many !
The HTML is very confusing and not clean!
So if you want to use this script prepare for lots of hours personalyzing ...
With the 150 options they have still miss a few importante options ...

very cool loads of features ... i use it with PostNuke. easy integration and best part is their tips and tricks forum which has allowed me to integrate albinator very nicely with my site. Its now the most visited part of my site. will recommend to all ...

well i must say i haven't seen more powerful script than this ... really robust and well nicely designed. I love the user-friendly all in admin panel options of it. A perfect gallery system i wanted ...
