The main thing I noted was that the initial investment guaranteed me free updates forever. Making it the most cost effective solution as I only ever pay if I need support. Key features for me are. *No need to ever edit php files as the code is seperate to the html so I can create any look and feel I desire. *Stock management *Discount features *Wishlist *Easily Custamisable *Orders can be edited *Range of offline order processing options *Fully SEO friendly with xhtml no tables design and <h1> tags out of the box *Allows for seperate account prices for trade and normal customers *Unique to Jshop product flags. This wasn't important to me at first but it is something that I simply can't do without anymore. *Can Manually create orders and accounts for telephone ordering. *Supports Html emails so you can create the professional image when sending out orders. *Based in the UK so I don't have to change all the currency settings when I set up Jshop *Supports multiple currencies which will allow expansion when the business grows. Jshop has a many more features however these are the ones that mattered to me most. Most Notably it doesn't just have these features they are there in an easy to use manner. From my experience there is nothing that Jshop can't do that would be required to make a your business successful online which is what I care about most.
