I bought in good faith. Script would not work properly. Site basically looked poorly made and ugly. The support dwindled as soon as I asked serious questions. No support at all for six days at one point. Support simply ignored questions and went around in cirlces with no real answers. Support even claimed things were working which were not. In summary; Rubbish script. Terrible support. No warranty. No refunds. Very suspect business practices. Waste of money. WARN ANYONE YOU CAN TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!

Where in the world does Alstrasoft get off comparing this script to Aweber.com and Getresponse.com? It can't even handle a double opt in set up! The script has many flaws. 404 errors abound! There is NO User Guide, Tutorial or FAQ. Support is poor, does not address your questions directly, and stops communicating with you the minute you mention "refund". BUYER BEWARE. STAY AWAY!
Ambitious script is VERY Flawed

This autoresponder script promises much and delivers little. It is notoriously buggy and will require a lot of modifications to get basic features to work properly. Customer support is very unresponsible to requests for bug fixes. Wish I had done a Google search and read some reviews posted on the web before investing money in this script.
