ECardMAX 10.5 - Professional eCard Portal Script Reviews and Testimonials

I want to find the website provide ecard service and I like this software. Thank ecardmax team has supported us.

buggy, buggy, buggy. I've tried eCard max twice thinking that we didn't install it correctly the first time. Wrong! Customers would call and complain about their inability to send out many cards at once; and other annoying features. eCard max still has my company name on it's site and we took the program down over a year ago for the second time.

Still waiting for support to help me - it seems like when I really need my script to work I have to back and request another purchase key to get the script to work. Just skip this script and go to CodeCanyon.com - Save yourself the headache. When it does work it's a good script but if you have to go back to support for small issues that stop the script from working it's not worth the time or the money.

The script has a lot of potential, but customer service is shameful. If you're having trouble with this product, don't expect any help from the owner , after you give him your money. I've been trying to contact the owner Tree Vo for over 8 months via phone & email, but he refuses to respond. As a result I have search for a company that can help me when I need it.

I've been satisfied with the script, but every couple of years they 'upgrade' the software and force existing customers to pay an 'upgrade fee' for continued support and update downloads. I feel once you buy the software (for the price they're asking) you should be entitled to upgrades and continued support.

I purchased eCardMax Gold 2006 in June. The company is EXTREMELY receptive, attentive and has added many of my suggestions. eCardMax IS excellent for both personal and business use. It is high-tech / feature-rich. What I did manually before is NOW done automatically. eCardMax Staff cares/IS there for you. They are continually upgrading, updating, making the program better. 03/02/07 - Tech support has fallen off since I wrote the above. I am NOW in the process of having my site upgraded to the newest version eCardMax 2010 as it has an "abundant" amount of "up-to-date" features. It is true, there is a fee to upgrade to the newest version, but no one is forced to do so. Server software has changed over the years and sometimes we just need to upgrade. The upgrade fee is a "fraction" of what was initially charged and offers many new features. I am upgrading because I WANT the new features. Having the latest features enable me to draw more income as PEOPLE WANT those features. Nothing in life is forever and to think that once you buy a product you get support forever is rediculous! Everyone would go out of business IF they NEVER charge an upgrade fee! I've NEVER found a service that competes with what eCardMax offers and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting to either sell eCards or who wants to send their own eCards to their own customers, friends, relatives or loved ones. I say this because those who may be artistically inclined may want to be more in control of what they send and not be at the mercy of others to create their eCard designs. The best script I have never seen before. It's highly recommended for those who like to provide ecard service for your website. The java effects are awnsome! Thanks Jimbo for writing this great script.
