Could be good but poor backup

Purchased this for a rental website believing that what they claimed would be true. Much of it works fine although not very user friendly in the backend. After initial excellent support we found various things missing that should have been part of the script. Email handling, sorted by them but at a further cost of 25€. The search facility on the front end is no good and they were asked to sort it out. No response. We have emailed them on numerous occasions with no reply.
It is a shame as this could have been an excellent product if they would simply have rectified the issues. We even offered to provide useful knowledge so that they could develop the software.

As I already replied in your email we cannot add all the features in a application and we offer the support for all advertised features. We also offer a trial period in order to allow prospective customers the verify if the functions we offer in the application correspond to their needs. If this is not the case we offer custom development support in order to implement additional features or adjust existing features. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with our script after purchasing it with a significant discount. However, we can offer custom development services if needed but unfortunately, these are not free.
