I purchased several players from this company and from their sister site http://www.pickleplayer.com/.
Then, when I needed customer service they simply didn't answer my emails.
If good service is at all important for you stay away!

I am a web designer and I recently used Wimpy and I'm extremely impressed with the ease of setup and use.
And the price can't be beat.
