Very Disappointing / No Support

Very disappointed, not a very configurable script, received absolutely ZERO support from them.
The company/author repeatedly failed to provide support or answer questions. They did however reply to a Paypal chargeback at the same email address.
Caveat Emptor when dealing with this company.

Did not have any paypal chargeback in 2004 except one customer who ordered multiple licenses and cancelled. Since 2002 we offer 24 hour response to all email and ticket inquires.
