Terrible Software, Worse Customer Support

I totally regret ever deciding to use this reservation system for one of my clients. The BugHotel software itself is terrible - outdated, with a horrible interface that is buggy and difficult to use. We had problems from the beginning, and when we brought these issues to the "support" staff, they were dismissive and rude. Don't waste your money on this one.

We do not have any unhappy customers. I am not sure exactly what customer you are referring to or when it was bought. Out IT Staff is highly qualified and friendly. Please let us know exactly what the issue is and obviously we will deal with it.

I have a quite opposite review of datawebcorp. I ordered the travel edition system and it works very good. Support was very helpful and I was able to have my travel site up and running quite fast with all features I requested. They helped me all the way and we have a very feature reach and working travel site very quickly: http://www.galapagoscruis eonline.com/

The demo site looks great and pre-sales support was helpful. But after spending $600, opening 80+ support tickets, and wasting nearly a full year to get it working reliably, I had to abandon this s/w and buy something else. This product literally has SO MANY bugs that is was UNUSABLE. We never got to go live with it! The product does seem to be evolving and improving, but I had no success with the code I bought. Luckily there are other choices when it comes to reservation s/w.
