Buggy, terrible support verified

We've used the older version of the program for awhile, it was always buggy, but we got by. So we decided to upgrade to the newest version 7.2, which was a huge mistake, it was even more buggy than the old version! FYI the text newsletters do not work if you send an html version too, and if your url has a ? in it as most dynamic php servers use, it will not count your clicks. Plus the tech support is absolutely awful, we spent 3 weeks begging for them to fix the bugs in the software and finally just asked for a refund because they would not answer our questions, they just kept saying it was our server which is completely untrue as the older version worked on it... My advice, stay away from this buggy software!
Not the Greatest

My personal experience with OmnistarMailer has been less than stellar. Nearly every attempt to conduct a mailing has resulted in some sort of mishap, the last had no content being delivered with the email. My greatest concern with Omnistartools is the approach to support. When needed, they operate on a 24 hour email response. The responses are usually cryptic and non explanatory. If the product is great but tech support is lacking, what is one to do when help is needed. I am in the market for comparably priced, preferrably .NET based product that has some sort of support available when needed.
Easy Email Campaign Management

With the Omnistar Mailer Email Mailing List Manager software I was easily able to setup and manage my email list campaigns. It had tools that allowed me to import my current list, build a personalized HTML email and even track statistics of the campaigns that I sent out.

Omnistar Mailer is really a great Mailing List manager software. I was able to get it up and running very easily and I now use it to manage my email campaigns that I send out to over 30,000 people every week. I don't know what I would do with out it!
