Disappointed

I was really disappointed in my overall experience with this product. First it took almost a week to get the product and that was after I had contacted Share-It by telephone (they never did respond by email). After finally getting the product and installing it I was faced with program errors. I completed the providers online form several times and still no response. So I have a $25 piece of usless code. Sad as it looked like it was exactly what I needed.
