Purchased tell a friend 1.23. A large part of the administration cgi did not work. Jumbocgi did not respond to my request for help regarding the administraion errors. Basic mail feature worked, although occasionally unwelcome deadletter messages appeared on the refer page. Would recommend trying to find another source as I will be doing in the near future.
