Great script. Easy form making without having any knowledge of programming language.Their supports makes me so easy to handle my website with their mail v4 script.

It's just awful! I bought Kmita Mail v.4, but I had problems with this module. In response to my questions came just excuses one letter per day. No support is not normal! Never buy anything from this developer! It is simply a lie. I would like to return your money!

We appreciate your review. During the support process we require some details for moving ahead with snag rectification without which we cannot proceed. At times we have customers replying instantly and matter is resolved almost immediately.
Sometimes there mail server glitches on servers which makes its performance unpredictable. This also might be one of the reason for the delay.
As per record your payment has been refunded as you demanded.

Non-existent Support! I purchased a licence after using the free trial but experienced problems after this with an 'invalid licence' error.
Contacted support...no reply. Therefore asked for a refund...3 days later, still no email from them!
Avoid this company at all costs!

I'm seriously thrilled with the script. As to the security of it, or the usefullness of the spam prevention, we shall see. I was thrilled at how easily it installed, how simple it is to upgrade the current forms I use with a simple line of code, and the ease and control with the admin panel. I had all my forms up and running in moments, and the user guide helped with customizing some options (like the multipage and preview forms). Support response to my early problems was extremely fast! A+++

I purchased this product 2 weeks ago. It did not work for me, so I tried to get assistance from them. Tech support was spotty, and it would take a day or two for response. I simply asked them if I could get a refund. It has now been 10 days, and they have ignored to even answer that request (a simple yes or no would have sufficed), even though I have submitted support tickets since. I have documentation that this company is a fraud. Do not believe any replies from them.

This is the second product I have purchased from Kmita and it is excellent. Simple to setup, extremely flexible and full of functions, an incredible price and the support and help from the staff are the best I have dealt with. I'll be purchasing morefor additional clients. Kmita makes my job so much easier and less stressful.

My company has been using Kmita Mail v.3 for some time and it is excellent. The only thing better is the superb level of support. Thanks to Roger at Kmita for helping me so much.

I had the same problem several other customers have reported: when I returned to the site after paying for Kmita Mail, I was unable to download it. My requests for help were answered immediately, but I didn't receive them because my ISP routed them to my spam file. This has never happened to me before with solicited email. Doesn't it seem like kind of a bad sign if email from the creators of an email program is being treated as spam?

Great little app

This is a great little app for non programers. It is super easy to implement. I have V.2 and V.3 looks like it offers a few nice extras, like CAPTCHA, and some templates. The support about a year ago left a lot to be desired, but they've definitely kicked it up a notch, and have been very helpful and super fast with my recent email requests(same day turnaround!). It's also worth noting, that the feature I contacted support about looks to be better integrated in V.3.

I am completely hopeless at setting up forms having struggled for hours with other options for hours and usually without success. On a new web site I am building, I wanted a more complex form allowing for uploads and required items getting people to certify that they had read the terms & conditions. Although I basically gave up trying to do it myself Kmita support staff did the whole thing for me and it works perfectly. Definitely worth $29 just to save all that stress.

I bought 2 KM scripts from Kmita for my websites. Version 1 and version 2. Version 1 and 2 run fine but I received a lot of spam. Version 3 is supposed to fix the spam problem.
Kmita mail just installed V3 for me right now but I have to desintall it. Why ? Because the script is all encoded and I don't like it. I have to know what is installed on my websites and what the the code do exactly. It is a question of security.
I am looking for an open code script.

This formprocessor is easily to use for all the forms on a site. The description might be a bit more clear, but effective is this script.
Conditions in the form can be set into 6 ways.
autoresponder and attachment features work very fine.

I was very dissapointed with the script and service. The script did not work for me, the documentation was very poor on how to use the script. They advertise that it is an easy to use script but I could not get it to work on my custom forms. I emailed for support which was not replied to. They advertise a 100% money back Guarantee which I asked for and have never heard of them since. Lots of headaches and no support.

Unbelievable service! The script allowed me to fix a major problem for a clients site with a badly written shopping cart that comes with no way to find out what customers ordered from your site. This mail script sent the form data that other programs did not recognize as a form to email in plain text. The technicians installed it for me worked on it until it was fixed and all for just cost of program $25 what a deal!!!!! Simba Roars!

The script is extremely insecure and it is not possible to install the script at a secure webserver (savemode off or restriction to 777 directories). Maybe that is the reason, why there is no demo version f�r download available... ;(

You can turn off the CHMOD 777 for the kmita directory once the installation is over. The "data" directory remains CHMOD 777, but it is protected by HTACCESS password protection. Bought this product and they never sent me a username and password and will not respond to any emails, this is the 3rd company this has tried to rip me off, here are all 3.
1:)MitriDAT's- Form mail- after they process your CreditCard they send you a link to a corupted file to download, and then never answer emails.
2:)Kmita- Kmita Mail V2 take your money and then say they will send you a username and password, which never gets sent.
3:)Allibsus- Goodluck getting it to work.

The username and password are sent as soon as the payment is made. Your anti-spam software on your host or isp may have diverted the email to the spam folder. We recommend you to whitelist "kkeim.com" domain.

Kmita Mail is very cool and very useful, but it is the Customer Service and Tech Support that really makes this product shine. I would recommend Kmita Mail to absolutely anyone who needs an *easy* solution for PHP and/or ASP Form Processing. Their software is easy-to-use -- even if you've never done anything that is PHP/ASP based.
I had a couple of requests (from website design clients of mine) to make some alterations in the PHP coding/programming so we could have things a little bit different than was provided with the purchase-version of Kmita Mail. Since I had no idea how to do this without messing things up, I contacted Kmita Mail Tech Support. They actually took care of adjusting the PHP coding for me and emailed me the new versions of THEIR program at no extra charge. Now that is service above and beyond the call of duty... Thanks Kmita Mail!

By far the easiest, and best email program I have ever used. Service & support that you won't believe. Just create the form, fill out a few lines on a questionaire setup form. It generates 2 lines of code to insert into your form. Brain Dead simple. If you can't do it, they will do it for you. It's that simple. All this for only $19.95? These guys don't charge enough money for their product & service.
