Buggy and No Support

This software had everything I was looking for, including good
support BEFORE the purchase. I bought it more than a year ago for almost twice what the "new" version is priced at - every few weeks after installation, something would "break" - couldn't post content, couldn't send newsletters - MAJOR features of a community software. I have been trying to reach the company by email and phone since Sept of 2004, and although they ARE still in business as they have completely changed the website just recently - still no response. Only buy if you know Cold Fusion and deal with the bugs yourself!!!!
